The application guidelines for broadcasting on electronic display and LED board are in effect on March 11, 2010. The electronic display and LED board are mainly provided for broadcasting or carrying information about activities of cultural program, academic lectures, seminar, cultural and creative industry, cultural meeting, public welfare and municipal guidance.
